Práce obsahuje detailní analýzu společnosti a současného stavu trhu v České Republice. Kriticky přezkoumané teoretické rámce a aplikované analýzy jsou následně použity jako základ pro argumentaci a vyhodnocení problematiky strategie. Doporučení pro expanzi jsou poskytovány na základě vyhodnocených průzkumu a analýz.

Based on a variety of analytical approaches, this paper proposes marketing plan of e-commerce for the entry into foreign market. Both external and internal environmental factors are analysed and are used for SWOT analysis. The paper also analyses different communication channels of digital marketing which the monitored business currently use. It contains proposals to improve their efficient utilisation. The outcome is the design of complex communication mix in the digital environment, along with the specification of its individual phases when entering a new market.

Tato doporučení jsou založena na vyhodnocení výsledků analýz této diplomové práce.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a analýzou strategie vstupu společnosti RENOCAR, a.s. na slovenský trh. Práce obsahuje přehled související literatury s důrazem na publikace, které se zabývají problematikou internacionalizace firem a vstupem společností na zahraniční trh. Analytická část zkoumá momentální situaci na trhu s automobily v České a Slovenské republice a stručně představuje toto průmyslové odvětví z evropského pohledu. Pomocí základních finančních ukazatelů pak hodnotí současný stav ve společnosti RENOCAR, a.s. Na základě výsledků získaných z výše uvedených analýz, autor ve třetí části práce navrhuje a kriticky analyzuje strategii expanze společnosti.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou forem vstupu na zahraniční trh v odvětví dřevostaveb zaměřenou na konkrétní firmu D.E.E.D. a.s., a její případný vstup na Ukrajinský trh. Využití metodologie forem vstupu na zahraniční trh pro střední firmu by měla následně ukázat, zda na trh vstoupit či ne, a jakou formu zvolit. Výsledky budou dále také srovnávány s podobným trhem, kde firma již působí. Na tomto základě bude navrženo efektivní využití a postup do budoucna.

In the proposing part there is own suggested design of the suitable way of expansion followed by evaluation, especially from an economical point of view.

This master's thesis focuses on the topic of business plans. In the first part the theoretical background is presented. The reasons for the creation of a business plan are given, then the structure and form of a business plan are presented, as well as the factors that influence them. The analyses that need to be part of a business plan are also elaborated. In the later part, the analyses of a specific business plan are carried out and based on the analyses, a suggested business plan for that specific business venture is prepared in the last part.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the possibility of entry of the company Novibra Boskovice s. r. o. into the Iranian market. The thesis characterizes the company, its internal environment and financial situation, the sectoral analysis and the analysis of the Iranian market is described as well. The SWOT matrix is formulated from these findings, moreover the SWOT matrix will evaluate the com-pany's entry into the Iranian market and identify the opportunities and threats of this market. The aim of the thesis is the recommendation of a strategy of entry into the Iranian market, which might be utilized by the company in the future expansion into this market.
